We would like to share the good news with you! Our Yandex Go Project won the annual Arch Design Award 2023, a prestigious award in the field of world architecture and interior design. The Arch Design Award recognizes outstanding interior design solutions that focus on the functionality and aesthetic appeal of spaces.

Yandex Go is an incredibly interesting project. A project where we, together with the customer’s team, were able to implement a huge number of creative ideas.

Long before the start of the architectural part of the project, we conducted a research that was very unusual for Russian companies: we studied in detail not only the technical features of the company’s functioning and the associated needs, but also identified the sociocultural characteristics of various groups in the team, which made it possible to greatly facilitate communication and understand exactly how Yandex GO employees see their future Home.

Thanks to this research, we were able not only to create a unique workplace interior, but also to realize the main idea - an ergonomic and safe space that meets the needs of those for whom it was created!

We understand that a company is a living organism that will grow and change. Not all changes can be predicted in advance, and it is not necessary... but flexibility, variability and a reasonable degree of adaptability are a must! That’s what we did, coming up with a huge number of easily implemented spatial transformations. And now, the Yandex Go Office is a center for creative and professional fulfillment, as a real office of the 21st century should be.
