On April 29 Elena Popova, Head of Urban Development Research and Educational Programs Department of RTDA, spoke at the II meeting of the Expert Council under the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation on the formation of a comfortable urban environment.

The talk was about making changes in the methodology of evaluating projects submitted for participation in the All-Russian competition of the best projects creating comfortable urban environment. The discussion was also attended by Deputy Director of the Department of Strategic Projects of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation Yulia Talalaikina and Chief Architect, co-founder of SheredegaConsulting Yuri Sheredega.
