Nalchik Resort Town Master Plan has received an Honorable Mention in The International Architecture Awards 2022!

IAA is an international architectural award, which has been held for 19 years, and is one of the most prestigious in the field of construction. The award recognizes projects that bring something new to the art of world design. The organizers are the Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design and the European Center for Architecture, Artistic Design and Urbanism.

This year an international jury selected 150 projects awarded in the Main Program and 155 projects in the Honorable Mention category from a shortlist of over 650 projects. We are very pleased to be among the projects, especially noted by experts.
