Today, within Workshop No. 7 of Mosproekt, a meeting was held between Elena Popova, the head of the department of urban planning studies of RTDA and Boris Uborevich-Borovsky, the Chairman of the Moscow Architectural Society, Member of the Union of Moscow Architects, Professor of Moscow Architectural Institute, Head of the Ub.Design architectural practice.
