We want to share good news with you! Our Nalchik Resort Town Master Plan won first place at the annual Urban Design & Architecture Design Awards 2022. This award is one of the most prestigious in the world in architecture and design. For example, this year such extraordinary bureaus as Ventura + Partners (Portugal), Perkins&Will (USA), Chapman Taylor (UK), querkraft architekten (Austria) and many others took part in it.

We are very pleased that the Nalchik master was awarded the gold prize because it is truly unique. Our concept of territory development is aimed at introducing the natural environment into the urban context, balancing the recreational component. The renovated space will host events of regional and republican scale in culture, art, education, and sports. Nalchik citizens will be able to walk and relax comfortably, the city will be an interesting place to spend time in with family, friends or alone. We carefully treat the traditions and historical features of the place, remember about them when offer new territory development.
