The exhibition was placed in the glass pavilion of the Gagarin park. Here, the city residents of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk can get acquainted with architectural models of both the current state of the neighborhood units and the proposed concepts for their future renovation. For public convenience, there are also 3D images put on the banners. The projects have been developed by international teams of experienced professionals, including from the Netherlands and Japan. These are the architectural studios Ostozhenka (Moscow), UNK PROJECT (Moscow), as well as the Far Eastern Architectural Company (Khabarovsk) and OFERTA (Vladivostok). The project operator is RTDA.
